Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Scheduling
A booking is considered confirmed once written agreement is received (email, message, or signed contract). Scheduled start and end times must be honored. Late arrivals reduce shooting time and do not reduce the agreed fee. Rescheduling is permitted once per booking with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
2. Travel
For locations more than 30 minutes from the model’s home base, a $25.00/hr travel fee plus tolls is applied beginning at the 31 minute mark and charged per hour, on the hour, for driving time. For locations requiring more than a 2 hour drive, a custom travel quote may be provided. This may include alternative transportation such as train, airfare, or hotel accommodations.
3. Fees and Payments
Rates for standard modeling and project types are listed on the website. If a project falls outside the listed categories, a custom quote will be provided. Deposits are required, non refundable, and applied toward the final balance. Travel fees, when applicable, are non refundable, must be paid as part of the deposit, and do not apply toward the final balance. Final payment is due before the session begins. For example, if the session is scheduled for 3/1/2026 at 9:00 AM, the remaining balance must be paid at 9:00 AM. The model will not change, prepare, or begin work until the balance is fully satisfied.
4. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee up to the full session rate. No shows automatically forfeit deposits and may be billed for the full session amount.
5. Conduct and Professionalism
Both parties agree to maintain a respectful, safe, and professional environment at all times. Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or unsafe conduct will result in immediate termination of the session with no refund.
6. Safety and Boundaries
The model may decline any poses, wardrobe, or concepts that cause discomfort. This includes, but is not limited to: exposed nipples, vagina, open leg poses, or rectal exposure. For implied or intimate concepts, a chaperone may accompany the model. No physical contact between photographer and model is permitted unless necessary for safety or posing adjustments and only with explicit consent.
7. Liability
The model is responsible for informing the photographer of any limitations, injuries, or safety concerns prior to or during the session. The photographer is not liable for injuries or issues arising from undisclosed limitations or unsafe actions taken by the model.
8. Final Agreement
By participating in the session, both parties acknowledge and agree to these terms unless a separate written contract overrides them.
